30th Anniversary Giveaway T&Cs

• One giveaway announced online and in-store each day. Two giveaways per day in total.
• The winner of the online giveaway will be chosen at random each day.
• The winner of the in-store giveaway will be chosen at random each day.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize, and the prize cannot be transferred to someone else.
• Online giveaway winners will be notified on the day of delivery and a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
• In-store giveaway winners will be notified at the point of purchase and their purchase will be given free of charge.
• Giveaway winners will be picked at random by Burchills members of staff.
• Online giveaways are only available to entrants who live within the specified delivery areas on the burchills.co.uk website.
• The online and in-store giveaway start date is 1 April 2021.
• The online and in-store giveaway end date is 30 April 2021.
• Any orders scheduled for delivery outside of the competition dates will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.
• Photographs of in-store giveaway winners will be shared on Burchills social media channels if consent is approved by the winner.
• Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network.
• This giveaway is being run and managed by S & R Burchills, 3-4 Colliers Walk, Nailsea, Bristol, BS48 1RH.
